Lots of pictures if I ever get around to posting photos... Lots of
iguanas too.
Afterwards, our guide pulled a scam on us. He suggested we stop for
"20 minutes" at a "factory" where people could buy authentic Mayan
jewelry. We were the only people there. I'd like to know what kind of
a cut Carlos gets out of the deal.
In the bus ride back to the hotel (about 1.5 hrs) they showed about
the last 45 minutes of Zorro. They played part of it in Spanish, then
played a few minutes with the directors or producers talking over the
movie, then capped it off in English with Spanish subtitles. What fun.
